Visa information
International attendees requiring a visa to visit Italy should contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate nearest them. The visa application process should be initiated well in advance of the estimated departure date.

If a personal invitation letter that confirms registration to the conference is needed, please send email to congress[at]stilema-to.it indicating details of the paper you are going to present at the conference, and providing the following information:
- full name
- complete mailing address
- date of birth
- passport number/country issued
Invitation letters will be sent by email and will be issued only after payment of registration fees. Please request your invitation letter well in advance of your deadline to produce it. If you require a hardcopy of the invitation letter sent to you by mail, a fee of € 20.00 is foreseen to cover mail expenses.
Transportation
By air
Caselle - Torino International Airport, is 16 km away from the city and it is connected to Torino by way of a ring road and a thick network of motorways that allow easy access to the city center Torino is easily accessible from the airport by bus, taxi and train.
By road

By train
